Transferred 9 times. The 9th person was the 1st person.
I called about a $14 charge I never made. Two hours, nine transfers, three "let me get my supervisor"s — and the last agent was the SAME guy who answered first. He recognized me. He said "oh hey." OH HEY.
I'm not even mad about the $14 anymore. I'm mad that I now know the hold music has a key change at minute 38.
