No heat for 3 weeks. Five maintenance tickets "closed" without a visit.
Unit 4B, Millbrook Commons. Space heaters running 24/7, two kids in the house, and every ticket I open gets auto-closed as "resolved." I have the screenshots. Rent was due on the 1st and they collected it on time, though.
What would make it right
Fix the furnace this week, and credit the rent for the days without heat.
