Get help

Angry is OK. In danger is not.

If it's more than a bad day — if you're thinking about hurting yourself or someone else — talk to a real person right now. It's free, confidential and available 24/7.

Take your complaint further

Public pressure gets attention. Formal complaints create a record regulators can act on. The best results come from doing both.

Before you file anything

  1. Get it in writing. Ask for a case or reference number every time, and save chat transcripts and emails.
  2. Say what would make it right. A specific ask (“refund $219 to my card”) gets resolved faster than “fix this.”
  3. Keep it about the company. Never post names, addresses or plates of private people — it gets your post removed and weakens your case.

Damn Angry isn't a law firm and nothing here is legal advice.
