Posted my rip on day 4. By day 6, 312 people said Same and NetLynx's verified team replied publicly. Tech was out on day 8, credit hit my account on day 9. Thank you, Damn Angry fam — this works.

What would make it right

Credit the outage and send a technician this week.

$412 roaming bill on an "unlimited international" plan

I've contacted Zapp Mobile four times about this — phone, chat and email. Every time I get a different answer and a new reference number. I'm posting here because the private route clearly isn't working.

What would make it right

Remove the roaming charges.
